Killer Tips for All!!!

  • Tip 1. Preparation & Note

    *Prepare helpful notes.

*Arrange the materials ( main points, supporting materials
and transition) in logical order. This is what will take up
    most of the preparation time.

*For every 5 minutes talk, it is necessary to practice an hour
    long rehearsal.

  • Tip 2. Delivery

*Use humour sparingly. And humour should never offend.

*Involve the audience as much as possible. Listener want to
    feel part of the presentation.

*Speak loud enough to be heard. If more than 100 people are
    present, use a microphone.

  • Tip 3. Body Language

*Don't show nervousness to the audience. Audience expect the
presenter to be somewhat nervous but the rattling keys or loose
change will only call attention to how ill at ease the presenter is.

*Make sure that the body language matches the content of the
speech. The words and music must harmonise.

*Try to astrain from moving about. Move only occasionally when
you need to reach another side of the audience.
